Limitations and support

This MVP covers a conservative subset of Shopify product CSV rules. It cannot inspect your store, know whether a handle already exists, determine overwrite settings, verify custom fulfillment services, validate product-reference targets, prove taxonomy or market configuration, or test remote image reachability.

Shopify documentation contains legacy and current header formats and some context-dependent behavior. A clean report means only that the implemented checks found no issue; it does not guarantee Shopify import acceptance.

Formula-risk cells are preserved and block corrected CSV download. Never open an untrusted CSV in spreadsheet software without appropriate safeguards.

Support

The launch service is self-service through the checker, these limitations, and the linked guides. No individual support is currently offered, and no response time is promised. Do not send customer CSV contents to AI Lab.
